We guarantee our perennial flowers to be sold as ordered, properly labeled, healthy, and with superior care taken in shipping and packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your transaction, please let us know. We will do everything we can to restore your confidence in us.

If you are not satisfied with the potted perennials you receive, simply inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace your
perennial flowers or refund your money; no questions asked!
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will assume
you are satisfied with your purchase and that you have received healthy plants. We will then no longer be held responsible for the survival of your
plants.

If a situation exists in which you are in need of replacement
plants, we will do everything we can to ship you exactly the same varieties. However, it is possible that exact replacements may not be available at that time, in which case a refund or
substitution will be made.
